  • Thurrock Skatejam

    Fri 21 Oct 2022

Active Essex in partnership with Thurrock Council have been asked to lead the Essex ActivAte Programme which supports young people and families during the holidays to have access to holiday clubs which offer fun activities, learning opportunities and importantly access to a hot meal.

As part of this programme, they are excited to share with you details of two upcoming events they have planned for Thurrock. The aim of these events are to help support children and families to utilise their local green spaces, gain skills on how to take part in wheel sports in a safe and fun way and to also signpost residents to local opportunities/activities and ways they can be supported by local organisations.

They have one Event on Monday for children and a Community Event on Friday for the whole family during the October Half Term.
