School Council

-Welcome to the School Council-

This year, the School Council will be led by Mr J Lovell (Year 5 Class Teacher) and Miss L McAnally (Assistant Headteacher and Year 6 Class Teacher).

The School Council is an important part of the school community. It enables children from Years 3 to 6 to have a voice in what happens in their school.

Children are able to voice their opinions in an open forum during School Council meetings and have their say on a variety of topics.

The School Council representatives are responsible for ensuring that all children in Key Stage 2 are able to express their thoughts and feelings on how to make the school a kinder, safer and more enjoyable place to be.

The School Council will be supported by the school's wonderful PTA, which is chaired by Mrs A Edwards who is a former teacher at St Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Primary School.

If your child has been selected for the School Council this year, they will be receiving their badge from Mr Lovell soon!

Thank you for your support,

Mr Lovell (School Council Leader)
